A quarter of AM and FM radio stations in the U.S. have a religious focus, and the vast majority of them are Christian. Almost all Americans (98%) live within range of at least one religious radio station.

The Catholic share of the population in several Latin American countries has shrunk over the last 10 years, while a growing percentage of Latin American adults are religiously unaffiliated.
