John Horrigan, Associate Director of Research here at the Pew Internet & American Life Project, presented a fascinating keynote speech at this year’s Aspen Summit. Following the Summit’s theme of “unlocking innovation,” Horrigan’s speech suggests ways to learn about the current climate for innovation by identifying unique patterns in user behavior.
