Among teleworking parents, those with child care duties are more likely to have experienced challenges at work
Among teleworkers, moms are about twice as likely as dads to say they have a lot of child care duties while working
Teleworking parents with child care responsibilities are more likely than those without to say balancing work and family has gotten harder
Working mothers are more likely than working fathers to say they felt like they could not give 100% at work, needed to reduce their hours during the pandemic
