Most Americans will be spending Thanksgiving with relatives this holiday weekend. Fully 89% expect to have Thanksgiving dinner with members of their family. Among this group, many are anticipating quite the feast. A 62%-majority of Americans who say they will be spending Thanksgiving with family members think that 10 or more relatives will be in attendance for the festive meal. More than a quarter (27%) expect to be enjoying turkey and pumpkin pie with 20 or more family members. Just 15% are planning for a small family affair, hosting one to five relatives for dinner.
