53% of U.S. adults who voted in the general election say they engaged in at least 1 of 6 political activities over the past six months.
Hannah Gilberstadt is a research assistant at Pew Research Center, where she focuses on public opinion about U.S. politics and policy. She has contributed to reports on political attitudes and polarization, and is the author of analyses examining views of a universal basic income, ideological changes among Democrats and public confidence in the police. Prior to joining the Center, Gilberstadt received her bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, with majors in political science and English.
