Across 25 countries, Americans are the most likely to see the morality and ethics of people in their country as somewhat or very bad.
Today, 43% of U.S. adults say the fact that sports betting is now legal in much of the country is a bad thing for society, up from 34% in 2022.
About half of Americans (48%) say they took part in organized, competitive sports in high school or college.
Despite the growth of commercial sports betting, the most common way that Americans bet on sports is with friends or family.
