5 Years Later: America Looks Back at the Impact of COVID-19
Nearly three-quarters of U.S. adults (72%) say the COVID-19 pandemic did more to drive the country apart than to bring it together.
28% of Americans rate economic conditions as excellent or good, a 9 percentage point increase from last April. And the share who say economic conditions will be worse a year from now has fallen during this timespan, from 46% to 33%.
Large majorities say it’s important for the people they get news from to display honesty, intelligence and authenticity in their work.
