Nearly six-in-ten want organizations working for Black progress to address the distinct challenges facing Black LGBTQ people. Black Americans are more likely to know someone who is transgender or nonbinary than to identify as such themselves.
Indians accept women as political leaders, but many favor traditional gender roles in family life.
The higher education pipeline suggests a long path is ahead for increasing diversity, especially in fields like computing and engineering.
The gender wage gap narrows as women move into high-skill jobs and acquire more education. Women are now in the majority in jobs that draw most heavily on either social or fundamental skills.
