How has life in America changed over the decades – and where could it be headed?

Our social and demographic trends research examines how population change, social attitudes and economic realities shape life in the United States. Using surveys and demographic analysis, we explore work and finances, family and relationships, age and generations, gender and LGBTQ issues, and other trends transforming society.
