Mobile phone owners like the convenience and ease of connectivity, but rue that they can be interrupted more easily, have to pay the bills, and face bad connections.
Along with asking about smartphone adoption and usage in our May 2011 survey, we also included a question that asked cell phone owners to provide the one word that best describes how they feel about their phones.
The internet and cell phones have become central components of modern family life. Among all household types, the traditional nuclear family has the highest rate of technology usage and ownership.
Half of all American adults are only occasional users of modern information gadgetry, while 8% are avid participants in all that digital life has to offer
