Research associate Kathryn Zickuhr presented data from the Pew Research Center’s nationally representative surveys on the changing role of libraries in the digital age to NYPL staff. She explored patrons’ priorities and expectations for future services in addition to the larger context of how Americans find, consume, and share information today.
