Research has concluded that women are the stronger sex — spiritually speaking. In an analysis of six questions about religion, women are more faithful on every measure, including daily prayer, which women are more likely to observe than men by 17 percentage points (66% to 49%), the widest gap on the spiritual scale. Women are also more faithful when it comes to having an absolutely certain belief in God (12 points), attending worship services at least weekly (10 points) and being affiliated with a religion (8 points).
