About six-in-ten Mexicans (59%) say that people who move to the U.S. have a better life there. 34% of Mexicans say that life is neither better nor worse in the U.S.
Pew Research Center conducted a study to compare the accuracy of six online surveys of U.S. adults โ three from probability-based panels and three from opt-in sources. On average, the absolute error on opt-in samples was about twice that of probability-based panels.
The Census Bureau estimates there were roughly 63.7 million Hispanics in the U.S. as of 2022, a new high. They made up 19% of the nationโs population.
