Most Jewish Americans have long-standing connections to Israel
82% of Jewish adults in the United States said caring about Israel is an essential or important part of what being Jewish means to them.
Americans overwhelmingly see small businesses as having a positive effect on the way things are going in the country. By contrast, their views of large corporations are broadly negative. And most people – including identical shares in both parties – are critical of the impact of banks and financial institutions.
Opinion on the legality of abortion has changed little since before the court’s decision, with 62% now saying abortion should be legal in all or most cases.
