American Popular Culture Gets High Marks Abroad
Two-thirds of publics across 16 countries surveyed say they like American music, movies and television, an increase of six percentage points since 2007.
In only five of the 25 publics surveyed in 2009 did fewer than 30% express a favorable view of the U.S. — all of which are overwhelmingly Muslim.
