Americans give their country comparatively low marks for its handling of the pandemic – and people in other nations tend to agree.
U.S. adults give high marks to South Korea and Germany’s pandemic responses. In contrast, most believe China has done an only fair or poor job.
The public is sharply divided by party, even as most support international cooperation and large majorities say it is important that the U.S. is respected around the world.
