# Millennials Not Sure About Marriage

Most of today’s young adults would like to be married at some point in their lives, but a significant minority of Millennials are not sure they ever would like to wed. A quarter of adults ages 18 to 29 who are unmarried and have no children say they are not sure they want to get married. Another 5% say they are positive they never want to get married. In a related question, 74% of unmarried and childless Millennials say they want to have children, while roughly a quarter say they are not sure about (19%) or do not want children (7%).
