Susannah Fox was a keynote speaker at the 2012 Connected Health Symposium & Expo in Boston, MA, the theme of which was "Innovations to Build Value, Accountable Care and Patient Engagement."

In her speech, "[The 'e' is for Engagement](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/Commentary/2012/October/The-e-is-for-engagement.aspx): the latest research on the e-patient revolution," she shared a decade's worth of insights about how Americans use the internet to gather, share, and create health information as well as new data from a survey that was fielded in August-September 2012.
