# Libraries Solve Problems

We joined with the [Graduate School of Library and Information Science](http://lrc.lis.uiuc.edu/web/index.html) at the University of Illinois-Ubrana-Champaign to look at the way people search for information to help them solve some basic problems. This [presentation](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/PPF/r/238/presentation_display.asp) covers the highlights from the [report](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/PPF/r/231/report_display.asp) issued late last year about library use and the experiences people had at libraries when they went there for problem-solving help.
