# Internet adoption abroad

Our colleagues at the [Pew Global Attitudes Project](http://pewresearch.org/pewresearch-org/global/) have just released figures on computer use and internet adoption in 13 countries. The new data are available [here](http://pewresearch.org/pewresearch-org/global/reports/display.php?ReportID=251). One of the more interesting headline findings is that middle-aged people are among the fastest growing internet cohorts in many of these countries. The Net isn't just a plaything for the young.
