# Activities Spreadsheet Updated with January 2005 data

As our research on internet activities evolves, the list of online pastimes that we study continues to grow. We recently updated [our "Usage Over Time" spreadsheet](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/Static-Pages/Trend-Data-(Adults)/Usage-Over-Time.aspx) such that it now includes data on more than sixty different internet activities ranging from online banking and bill paying to blogging. The spreadsheet is a very large Excel file that contains data points for nearly all the online activities we have asked about in our surveys. It was designed as a quick reference tool for those who are already familiar with our data, so we recommend that you please read [our "Tip Sheet"](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/Static-Pages/Trend-Data-(Adults)/Usage-Over-Time.aspx) before downloading or using this file.
