The Orange County Heritage Council will present the 34th annual Orange County Black History Parade and Cultural Fair, just in time to kick off Black History Month.

A cultural fair will conclude the parade, which starts at Anaheim Boulevard and ends at Center Street Promenade. Food vendors and retail booths will be featured at the event. Performances by jazz musicians, gospel choirs and spoken-word artists will entertain as well as teach African values.
