Uniters, Not Dividers
Three-quarters of all voters want GOP leaders to work with Obama.
Only one week removed from a very negative campaign, roughly three-quarters of all voters (74%) — including a solid majority of Republicans (56%) — want GOP leaders to work with Obama even if means disappointing some supporters. A comparable percentage (77%) — including a large number of Democratic voters (76%) — says that Democratic leaders should work cooperatively with their Republican counterparts.
